Luna has always had a passion for the history and performative nature of fashion. A lifelong lover of theater, they were drawn to theatrical design in high school in Texas with a focus on lighting and costume design. After moving to Washington, they went to the UW Seattle and realized that they wanted to focus on costume design exclusively. Since then, they have enjoyed working with productions at UW and the greater Seattle area. Their proudest moment to date is when they were chosen to design “Fefu and Her Friends” for mainstage UW School of Drama, one of the very few undergraduate designers who are picked to design a mainstage play. After graduation, Luna has explored more film opportunities and continuing to learn about clothing construction and fashion history.
